General
Rain came down in buckets tonight, and tornados were spotted just minutes from our house, heading for downtown. Streets were already flooding when I got home from work, and the sump pump was running flood speed and hot in the basement. There is a battery backup sump pump just in case the power goes out, but I fired up the generator for a minute to make sure it was ready to go. These early summer thunder storms can really pack a whallop!
On a much lighter 'note', here's an acapella choir doing an excellent rendition of a very well known rain song. Watch with your ears and give your eyes a rest. You'll find yourself on the street in the middle of a summer cloudburst. Awesome!
